Terms and Conditions of Service
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elite Luxury TPE doll.
Please review the terms to make sure you understand what to expect when your order.
We follow the industry standard for TPE dolls. Due to the nature of the product and the variety of uses, all dolls come as AS IS with no warranty of fitness of any kind.
Since they are custom made and a unique work of art they noninterchangeable NON REFUNDABLE.
Please carefully consider your specifications before you order.
As soon as your order, your doll is shipped in 2 buisiness days.
Custom Made Policy
Our luxury TPE doll are carefully custom made by our partner artists in China. Each doll meets your specific requests and cannot be interchanged for other orders. To keep our prices low we only order supplies for your doll when you place your order and all orders are stock and sold AS IS and non-refundable.
We will do our best to assist you if you have a problem when you product arrives.
Contact us within 24 hours to report any problems. You must contact us by writing post dated within 72 hours of delivery or placing your order to report any problems or errors or your order will be considered closed. Custom products, by their nature, are products and materials which have been altered, modified, cut, amended and assembled or fabricated for your order, and are not returnable.
We appreciate your position as many of us have found ourselves in a similar position at some time. We will do our best for you.
We cannot refund custom-made products. We cannot accept products for return especially after a product has been used. We understand that once in a while items may be damaged during shipping. That is why we purchase insurance through the third party shipping company when we send your item.
It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to ship. Sometimes in situations beyond our control, there can be a delay , please contact us for an update on the delivery status of your order.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO Notify us if your order arrives damaged due to shipping. We may request to inspect the product for suitability for replacement or repair at your expense. Following sufficient time for review, we may repair or replace the product if possible. There may be a small fee associated with these repairs.
It is up to the shipping company to reimburse you under their shipping policy. We will report the claim for you, but we are not responsible for replacing any items damaged during shipping.
All concerns need to be directed to the shipping company. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to indicate "item damaged" or "item not inspected" on the delivery bill of lading or signature tablet, otherwise the courier can claim the item was damaged after delivery and you cannot be reimbursed. Or you your product is now non-returnable, damaged product. for which you are liable.
We don't want that to happen to you, our customer. WE WILL WORK ON YOUR BEHALF, but need your cooperation to claim damages from the carrier, without which you cannot be reimbursed.
Regardless, YOU MUST RETAIN THE DAMAGED BOX OR NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. There is no exception.
Please contact us immediately with any pictures of the damage so we can begin your claim. We will do our best to process your claim for an item damaged during shipping, but we can only do so with your full cooperation.
We package our products to ship safely, and all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to assure a sound, useable product.
All products are insured when shipped. Signature is required when receiving shipped packages except on products costing less than $500.00. You can request " signature required" by adding the request on to the comments field during checkout.

From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product advertisements that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. 1st-pc.cm reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event that you have placed an order and it contains incorrect or inaccurate information, we will notify you of the discrepancy and let you make a decision as to how to proceed.
Each doll is custom made by our artists and on occasion, actual doll colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and 1st-pc.com will not be held responsible.
REMOVING ITEM FROM BOX, WASHING, USING, OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM 1st-pc.comAUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE ITEM.
We work with a number of wonderful customers, but anyone engaging in credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and unpaid debts will be reported to the credit bureau.
